Emergency Preparedness is the number one issue of interest for our community. Learning about and becoming prepared as residents, as a neighborhood and as a community is everyone’s responsibility. The Bonneville Hills Community Council along with every community councils on the east bench is working with the Latter Day Saint’s Churches to reach the goal of total preparedness for everyone. You will be receiving Emergency Preparedness information from both the LDS church and the Bonneville Hills Community council. Each of us has a role to play as a neighbor in emergency preparedness for our community. Please note that on September 25th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm there will be an Emergency Preparedness Fair at the Veterans Hospital. They will have over 40 vendors from Homeland Security, City, State & County offices along with national and local vendors and suppliers. Last year’s event was a huge success with over 1,000 people attending. It is a great educational Experience and will provide you tremendous information and resources. Please note the date and time on you calendar and plan to attend. Call me if you have questions. Ellen Reddick (801) 581-0369
