Anne Cannon has proposed the following additions to the proposed revision of the Community Council Bylaws:

4.10 Any officer who fails to attend 50% of the regular monthly Council and BOard meetings during his/her term shall not be considered active and will not be eligible for nomination to any office on the Board at the next annual ellection unless the Board votes to reinstate him/her.

6.3 The office of Chair and Vice-Chair, being critical to the continuity of on-going activities and the long-term leadership of the Council, requires candidates for Chair and Vice-Chair with demonstrated involvement with the Council.

Involvement is demonstrated through:

holding of elected Council office;

participation in any of the Council's various committees if the the individual has been active in that capacity as set forth in section 4.10;

participation demonstrated by attending Council meetings for six of the past eight months.

6.4 The office of Treasurer, being one that is critical for the financial stability of the Council, should be elected for at least a three year term.
