Open Space Update*

One of the principal partners of the Kensington Cove property, Leo Thorup, has reopened negotiations with Salt Lake City's new Open Space Director, Emy Shorheim, about selling the 1.9 acres to the city as open space.

Mr. Thorup is also meeting with the city's Planning Division about submitting plans for the building of four or more luxury homes on the site.

Mr. Thorup also has the property for sale on the open market.
