Possible Housing Development coming to 17th East between Browning and Emerson

Dear neighbors:

The LDS church is selling the Colonial Hills chapel, which is located at the top of Emerson where it intersects 17th East via an ‘L’ intersection.

If you want more details or would like to weigh in with an opinion about what should happen with this land, please join us in the south parking lot of the church on Wednesday, April 8th at 6PM. We’ll walk around the property together and talk about plans that are being made for the space.

The executive director of the Seven Canyons Trust will join us, and we’re hoping local councilman Dan Dugan can make it, as well.
