Wasatch Community Garden Open House

Thanks to everyone that attended our open house on Saturday, September 18th! If you missed it, please stop by and check out our amazing community garden (it’s located above 16th East on Kensington Ave, down alley to the south, toward the park).

We had a great turnout for our open house and enjoyed introducing the garden to members of the community that had not experienced it yet. Information was shared about the garden and gardening; even a little free gardening book library just for the event. Thanks to all of you that signed up for a plot for next year! Urban Forestry information on your park-strip trees was also shared. Plus, we had lots of fun with our art project of painting rocks.
